Care Needs Assessment:
Our Expert Social Worker will meet with you and your carers/family if required and complete all social care needs assessments. You will receive a full assessment in line with section 9 of the Care Act 2014, which will identify your needs and strengths. We can also provide you with an individual Care Plan for an additional cost and review this after 28 days free of charge. All our assessments include, as standard, a 2-hour face-to-face assessment, contact with your legal representative, any health and care professional involved and family members. Since 2024, we now accept SEND and transitional work and have a social worker with particular experience in this area to assist and advice you.

What are your fees?
Fees start at £745 for a full Care Needs assessment; we also offer additional 'bolt-on' assessments, which are tailored to what you (the customer) require. A full Care Act assessment, Support Plan and Risk Assessment is £925. We also offer a case management or care finder package starting at £175 for 4 hours of care brokerage.
