Independent Social Circumstances Report:

We can provide you with an Independent Social Work (Circumstances) Report and attend any First-Tier Tribunal or Mental Health Review Tribunal for Wales to share our report and findings and act as a professional witness.  We will consider acting under a Legal Aid Agency rate (as a 'risk expert') and we charge between £58 and £66 per hour and 2/3 for travel in accordance with the expert witness renumeration guidance, depending on the individual case and the needs.
