Professional Witness:

We offer a professional witness service for various legal processes, such as lasting will, codicils or witnessing a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA).  We usually ask that we have already been professionally engaged with a client beforehand, but we are flexible and will consider each case if you do not need us to certify the LPA.  Professional witness service starts at £150, excluding time and travel to you, or is free if you come to our office in Portsmouth by appointment.
