Supervision:
Gary offers bespoke reflective supervision for social care professionals. He can offer tailored supervision for professional and non-registered professionals, such as Care Consultants or Care Advisors. As an educator since 2012, Gary has supported several student social workers and NQSW Social Workers through training and social work practitioners into higher specialist practice.
Gary use a humanistic approach and can offer the supervisee 'chair work' / reflective role play. He has have trained in both these modalities, which he incorporates into his supervision style (if desired). Gary is also the hold of the City and Guilds 7407 Certificate in Education (teaching), in addition to his decades of social care experience in managing health and social care services.
Our fees start £60 for supervision. We understand the financial constraints of students and those in training, which is why we significantly reduce fees for them. Students can be supported at 50% of our standard fee, so £30 for 1 hour supervision. We may also consider supporting an ASYE Social Worker at this rate or someone with conditions of practice. This flexibility in our payment structure is designed to accommodate a wide range of needs and situations. Sometimes, we may take on someone at no cost, but this is entirely at our discretion and only if we have capacity.
